The Township of Holly is in the process of updating the Master Plan, which guides housing, economic development, infrastructure, and sustainability through 2040.

The updated Master Plan will be rooted in the desires and vision of residents, business owners and community stakeholders. This is why we need you to share your valuable opinions and great ideas for the Township’s future.

On March 20th, 2024 the Holly Township Board of Trustees voted to release the draft of the master plan for public comment, consistent with the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Act 33 of 2008, as amended (MPEA). As provided for in the MPEA, the public comment review period is 63 days. Thus, any comments regarding the proposed master plan will need to be received by June 6, 2024.

You may also express your comments at a future Township Board meeting. Regular meetings of the Board are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Holly Area Schools Board Room (920 E. Baird St., Holly, Michigan).
